Job Description:

  1. Responsible for conducting demand research for R&D projects, planning the entire process of new product development, and organizing the preparation of work plans for the R&D project team's implementation;
  2. Responsible for conducting preliminary research on research and development projects, developing reasonable technical solutions, and decomposing work structures;
  3. Responsible for the decomposition and allocation of R&D tasks in R&D projects, supervising project team members to organize and input test records, and ensuring the authenticity, timeliness, and completeness of data organization;
  4. Responsible for providing technical support during the implementation of research and development projects, coordinating resources, organizing technical difficulties, and ensuring the smooth progress of key research and development projects;
  5. Develop experimental plans and conduct summary, analysis, and summary of experimental data;
  6. Responsible for summarizing the stages of research and development projects, and submitting applications for project changes, termination, and acceptance;
  7. Responsible for the preparation of R&D project acceptance summary, technical documents, and acceptance materials;
  8. Prepare and review process documents, product technical descriptions, and other technical information, and hand over them after the product quality is stable.
