At the second phase of the Canton Fair, we are excited to show our newest product in the series, PLASTRON-W8538X, featuring advanced surface density technology.
Exceptional Density, Durability, and Stain Resistance
The surface density and outstanding non-stick properties of the PLASTRON series have been further enhanced in PLASTRON-W8538X. This new technology creates an exceptionally uniform and dense protective layer on the coating surface, significantly boosting its wear resistance. Even under high temperatures and pressures commonly found in kitchens, PLASTRON-W8538X maintains its non-stick properties and elegant appearance over prolonged use.
Stain Resistance Test: ∆B<6
- Heat an electric stove to 60°C and pour in whole milk (3% fat).
- Raise the temperature to 230-250°C to carbonize the milk, rinse with water, and repeat the process five times.
- Measure the color difference (∆B value) at the same spot on the sample pan each time.
Wear Resistance Non-Stick Test: >50,000 cycles
- Under a 15N load, change the surface every 500 cycles.
- After each cycle, wipe with cooking oil and clean.
- Fry eggs at 150-170°C three times.
